PM performance

PM scorecards: trust, but verify from the PDF

Property managers run the day-to-day. Scorecards answer a narrower question for the owner: are collection, fees, repairs, and cash-flow months behaving the way the statements say they should?

What to measure (from the statement, not a gut check)

Useful PM scorecards for hands-off owners stay close to numbers that already appear on monthly owner statements:

Those signals will not replace a conversation with your PM. They tell you when a conversation is warranted — and which doors or months to open first.

PDF-based verification (not portal Connect)

PropViewHQ builds scorecards from the owner-statement PDFs you already receive (AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Rent Manager, Yardi, and similar). You upload or forward the statement; line items land in a ledger; scorecards and anomaly flags sit on top.

There is no consumer Connect/Sync into the PM’s portal. Verification stays on the document the PM already sends you — the same artifact you would otherwise skim or paste into a spreadsheet.

Position: Upload the PDF. See what’s missing. See if your PM is drifting — with scorecards grounded in statement line items.

How this fits with gaps and owner reports

Gap flags highlight missing or inconsistent items. Scorecards summarize performance patterns over time. Owner reports and the tax package roll the same ledger into a one-page monthly view and a Schedule E–oriented year-end package. Free during early access.
